FAQ
Below are common questions from my clients. If you don't find your answer, feel free to contact me directly. I’m here to help and provide all the information you need for a successful healing experience.
During a Thai massage of 60 min you have the choice between a focus on your back or a focus on your legs. A Thai massage of 120 min is a full-body massage, where I take care of both upper and lower body.
Yes, Reiki sessions can be conducted remotely as the energy is not limited by distance. The process and benefits are similar to in-person sessions. However, my style is to offer Reiki sessions in presence, where I can really create and hold a safe space for you. If you don't have the possibility to come to the practice, please get in touch with me and we will arrange an session tailored to your needs.
Benefits can potentially include relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and pain; improved sleep; accelerated healing; enhanced energy flow; increased intuition and creativity; and emotional and spiritual growth.
After a session, it's best to rest, drink plenty of water, and avoid any strenuous activities. This helps your body integrate the experience. Taking some quiet time for reflection can also be beneficial.
There are no strict guidelines on how often you should get a Thai massage. If you're trying to solve a chronic problem, I recommend weekly treatments for at least 4-6 weeks. Otherwise, monthly visits could work just fine. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide how often you receive Thai massages, but this healing art is also traditionally used as a preventive measure to maintain the body and the energetic system in harmony to prevent illness. Regular sessions are therefore recommended.
Yes, you will need to bring fresh and comfy clothes to wear just for the session: a t-shirt with a small neck opening that covers your shoulders completely, as well as long pants that are not too thick (joggers or pajama style).
Please come to the session freshly showered, especially your feet, that will be manipulated often during the massage. Your last meal should be light and take place at least 2h beforehand.
It really depends on the reason why you want to experience a Reiki session. You can come with a specific intention if you need to process emotions for example, if you need to let go of something that's bothering you... You can come with the intention to relax yourself as much as possible and offer yourself a time out from the intensity of life, Or you can simply come with a fully open mindset to welcome whatever arises during the experience.

Yes, you will need to bring fresh and comfy clothes to wear just for the session. I recommend bringing warm clothes since we often get cold during a Reiki session. A really good pair of socks is always appreciated, as the feet are generally the first to become cold.

Each session includes 15 minutes of consultation at the beginning to understand your wishes and intentions as well as to help you settle for the journey. It is followed by 6o min of Reiki and 15 min of integration and exchange at the end.
This vary for one person to the other. In general, regular sessions every 2-4 weeks are recommended for deeper and longer-term results, especially if you're going through challenging times. This can help you keep your being in balance and feel more grounded.
I always make sure to ground the person as much as possible before ending the session - online or in presence. The person always has the possibility to contact me per email or message in the hours following the consultation in case of emergency. I will myself analyse the situation to understand what kind of support the person needs in the moment.
I comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding patient confidentiality, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU. All consultations take place in a private, secure setting to ensure that discussions and treatments remain confidential. Patient records are stored securely in a locked and protected system, whether they are in digital or paper form. Access to these records is restricted to me only. Any digital patient information is stored on encrypted servers to protect against unauthorized access. I request explicit consent before sharing any information with other healthcare providers or third parties, unless required by law.
It depends on the challenges that you are facing at the moment. In case of emergencies, 2 sessions per week could be required, but my general recommendation is to keep it to 1 session per week. You need enough time to process and integrate what has been addressed in each session in order to make significant progress.
After booking your first consultation, you’ll need to complete a detailed medical history questionnaire before our session. This will give me an initial overview of your health and serve as a basis for defining the first version of a healing plan during the session. The session will also be an opportunity for both of us to determine if we are a good match – it is important that we both agree that we can potentially have a fruitful collaboration.
Yes. There is the possibility to have psychotherapy sessions online from Tuesday to Friday. The sessions are taking place through a specific software of Doctolib that ensures the highest compliance in terms of data protection.

The costs of a session with a Heilpraktiker are in general not covered by the health insurances. Some private insurances are sometimes covering part of the costs, but it is rather an exception. I kindly ask you to clarify how it works with your own personal insurance before starting with our sessions if you want to be sure to be covered.
As a Heilpraktiker, my services are complementary and do not replace conventional medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice and treatment.

I offer a holistic service, which takes into account your entire being (body, mind, and soul). My specialty is creating safe spaces for people to express what hurts. My services include holistic health coaching, psychotherapy, astrology readings, Reiki sessions, and Thai massage. These services can be booked individually, but they work synergistically in the therapy I provide.
The term "Heilpraktiker" refers to a naturopath in Germany, but not just any naturopath! A Heilpraktiker must undergo rigorous education. This is not a practitioner with a few weeks of internships or some correspondence courses who then "hangs up a shingle," as is unfortunately common in many countries. A Heilpraktiker is in general trained over at least 3500h of studies in Germany. You can learn more about it by readind this article.

This really depends on your profile. You need time to process and integrate what has been discussed and planned in each session. The first 2 sessions could be done over a week, the following sessions on a monthly basis or every 3 months for example. In any case, the plan will be specifically tailored to your needs.
You need to be able to provide a reliable date, time (as precise as possible) and place of birth. It is absolutely necessary if you want your reading to be as accurate as possible.
You will have to answer a questionnaire that I will have sent right after your booking. It will allow you to reflect upon your intentions for the reading and to provide me with all the information that I need.

You'll have to fill out a detailed medical history questionnaire before the first appointment. You're invited to bring all the drugs you're currently taking (prescribed by a doctor or not, that includes all kinds of supplements), as well as your last blood test or other health check-up if available. It is also important, on your side, to reflect upon the reasons why you reach out to me and what kind of outcome you expect.

An Astrology session always takes place online via Zoom. It allows me to record the reading, that I will send to afterwards. It will allow you to listen to it again in the future to review and go deepet in what has been said.
